In a small town on the west coast of Vancouver Island, Barney, a Moluccan cockatoo, lives with his human companion Tim. But Barney isn’t just an ordinary parrot – he’s a social media star with an extraordinary talent: making people smile.

During the day, Barney spends time with Tim and goes on exciting excursions, but his nights are characterized by adventures: So, one night, Barney leaves his sleeping cage and flies outside to the wide sea.

As he glides over the water with pleasure, he makes an interesting discovery. A young, cocky dolphin named Daniel swims on the slightly restless surface of the water below him. An unlikely friendship begins that leads Barney into a world full of fascinating adventures …
